It was noted that the activity of the Union of Judges is aimed not only at representing and protecting the professional interests of the judicial community but also at contributing to the further improvement of the judicial system, the dissemination of best practices, the enhancement of legal culture, and the formation of an objective public perception of the activities of courts.
A separate block of discussion was devoted to preparations for the 30th anniversary of the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As part of the preparations for the anniversary, the Almaty Branch is implementing a set of measures aimed at preserving professional history, the continuity of generations, and judicial traditions. One of the significant projects is the implementation of the initiative of A.S. Zhukenov, Chairman of the Almaty City Court, to create a museum of the city court.
The participants in the meeting noted the importance of creating such a space as a place for preserving the historical memory of the establishment of Almaty's judicial system, its development, and the people who made a significant contribution to the administration of justice. In its holdings, the museum will bring together archival documents, photographs, awards, commemorative materials, and other exhibits reflecting the various stages of the development of the city's judicial system. Particular importance is attached to materials telling about judges, heads of judicial bodies, staff of court apparatuses, and veterans of the judicial system.
The creation of the museum will not only preserve historical heritage but will also become an important tool for legal and professional education. The exposition can be used for holding meetings with young judges, law students, representatives of the academic community, journalists, and the public.
During the meeting, there was also an exchange of views on issues of information openness of the judicial system and the role of the mass media in objectively covering the activities of courts.

According to him, accessible and understandable informing of citizens about the activities of courts, judicial procedures, and changes in legislation contributes to enhancing the legal literacy of the population and strengthening trust in the institutions of justice.
The editors-in-chief of republican publications, for their part, noted the importance of direct dialogue with representatives of the judicial system and of obtaining reliable information on pressing issues of justice.
During the meeting, other pressing issues of the work of the judicial system were also touched upon, including issues of further improving judicial proceedings, introducing modern digital technologies, enhancing the quality of the administration of justice, observing high standards of professional activity of judges, and strengthening interaction with society.
