At the plenary session, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aida Balayeva, noted that this anniversary has provided an opportunity to reassess Olzhas Suleimenov's contribution to the spiritual and social development of the country. According to her, the congratulatory message from the Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, underscores the poet's unique role as a figure who bridged literary creativity, civic engagement, and international humanitarian influence, demonstrating that the path of a creator serves as an example of loyalty to one's homeland, civic courage, and commitment to universal human values.

Aida Balayeva also emphasized that Olzhas Suleimenov occupies a unique place in the cultural history of Kazakhstan: his work has become not only part of the national literature but also a significant phenomenon in global humanitarian thought.

According to her, the poet has shaped the worldview of several generations, strengthening in society a sense of national dignity and respect for historical roots. That is why the forum's title, "Ambassador of His Land," accurately reflects its mission – to represent Kazakhstan through the language of high culture, humanism, and intellectual dialogue.

Speakers also noted that Suleimenov's contribution extends far beyond literature. Over more than six decades of creative work, his works have become part of the intellectual landscape of many countries, and his books have been translated into over 30 languages. His texts have been published and republished in Kazakhstan, Russia, France, Italy, Turkey, and other countries of Europe and Asia, generating sustained interest in Kazakh culture within a global context.

His role in the development of domestic cinema was also highlighted. The creator's scripts have formed the basis of several significant films, including "The Land of the Fathers," directed by Shaken Aimanov, which became a classic of Kazakh cinema and attracted a multi-million audience. His work in film allowed for a fresh exploration of themes such as historical memory, spiritual continuity, and human dignity, making them accessible to a broad viewership.

During the forum, a presentation took place of both reprinted and new editions of the author's works, including the books "Az and Ya," "Ambassador of His Land," "Ol Zhas – He is Young," as well as research and educational publications dedicated to his legacy. Among these are works on linguistic and historical-cultural research, a textbook titled "Introduction to Olzhas Studies," "The Book of Poems," and other editions reflecting the multifaceted nature of his creativity.

It should also be noted that Olzhas Suleimenov became a key figure in the "Nevada-Semey" anti-nuclear movement, which played a crucial role in the closure of the Semipalatinsk test site and in shaping the global agenda of nuclear safety. His civic stance and active participation in social processes have strengthened the international reputation of Kazakhstan as a country advocating for peace and disarmament. This activity became an extension of his poetic and philosophical view of the world, in which the theme of human responsibility toward the Earth and history occupies a central place.

Overall, the forum once again confirmed that the legacy of Olzhas Suleimenov remains a living and sought-after cultural and social phenomenon, extending far beyond a single era. His ideas about the dialogue of civilizations, mutual understanding among peoples, and human responsibility toward the past, present, and future continue to unite generations and countries, maintaining particular relevance in today's world.
